Insurance Information
Our private practice operates primarily in-network system for most major health insurance company and provides specialized care collaboratively with all areas of therapeutic needs (OT, ST, PT, ABA, Audio). Here are some of the benefits of choosing our practice:
- Short Wait Time: With 30 therapists, we offer a short wait time. We give extra attention to pair you or your loved one with a therapist who has experience in the specific area they need support with. Usually, we start services within a few weeks of your initial call.
- Commitment to Collaboration: We have a proactive approach to communicate with others who are involved in your loved one's care, including their staff, teachers and possibly school therapists (when applicable). By having all caretakers and therapy providers committed to the same goals and strategies, we can achieve more progress and better carryover of skills.
We understand that insurance reimbursement is an important consideration. Therefore, we have compiled some frequently asked questions (FAQs) to help you make an informed decision. Our private practice is dedicated to providing the highest level of specialized care to you or your loved one.

In order for us to begin providing quality services, we require an evaluation. However, if you already have a recent one, we will gladly review it and let you know if it is acceptable to start services. The most important thing is that the report accurately reflects your child's current skill level.
