We are thrilled to invite you to our Grand Opening Winter Festival on Saturday, December 6th, from 9:00–11:00 a.m. Bring your family and friends for a morning filled with holiday cheer, featuring free photos with Sensory Santa, guided tours of our new clinic, and a ribbon-cutting celebration!
This milestone wouldn’t be possible without our incredible community, families, and dedicated staff who have supported us throughout the years. This event is our heartfelt way to say thank you for helping us grow into the clinic we always dreamed of becoming.
From a Dream to Reality
Since the beginning of Elevate’s story—formerly known as Speech Language Associates—our founder, Kristy, has dreamed of creating a clinic where individuals of all ages could feel safe, supported, and confident in their growth.
Our mission has always been to provide holistic, individualized care—helping each individual grow through play, connection, and purpose. We believe therapy should empower people to take what they learn here and use it confidently in their daily lives.
At Elevate Health & Therapeutic Services, our ultimate goal has never been for you to stay with us forever—it’s for you to outgrow us. To leave our doors stronger, more independent, and ready to thrive.
Growing Together
As we’ve grown, our vision has expanded—but our purpose remains the same: to elevate the lives of those we serve. Today, our multidisciplinary clinic offers a full range of services to support individuals in every aspect of communication, development, and daily living. Our team proudly provides Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Feeding Therapy, ABA Therapy, Audiology, and AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), along with Professional Services for Schools and School Assistive Technology Services. Beginning in November 2025, we are excited to expand our care even further with the addition of Pediatric Physical Therapy.
At Elevate Health, our clinicians work collaboratively across all disciplines to ensure each individual receives comprehensive, cohesive care. By combining expertise, compassion, and communication, our team creates personalized treatment experiences that empower every client to reach their fullest potential—both inside and outside of our clinic. We believe that true growth happens when care is connected, and every service we offer reflects our commitment to helping individuals and families thrive together.
